When analyzing existing credit insurance contracts as well as at inquiries about a first-time contract, we always pay attention to the Best-Advice principle of Austrian insurance brokers. When requesting for you a quote for new contracts and the prolongation or renewal of existing contracts, we always pay attention to:

Contract support

After contract conclusion we train your employees, whom you entrust the credit insurance administration. We constantly monitor your contract using credit insurers' online systems and regularly evaluate contract statistics. In case of limit problems, we help you immediately to get higher limits or to find alternatives on the market. During an annual discussion, we evaluate together your contract situation and possible changes in your requirements.

Contract renewal

We proactively check your policies before the contract expires and do not miss any prolongation appointments just to secure our commissions – something I have learned at my last English employer.
